ABOUT US

NW Group was established in 1993 as Norwest Productions, a specialist audio provider in Sydney.

It has grown to become a premium full-service event production company servicing Australia, New Zealand and large international events. The Group has capitalised on a fragmented market through strategic acquisitions to build its capability and scale, all of which have been fully integrated.

Our acquired brands have a long history, having been established as far back as 1973. The Group adopted a house of brands strategy to take advantage of the brand equity in the respective brands. The banner group, NW Group, ties them together and is well known in the market.

Today, the Group remains headquartered in Sydney with over 120 full-time employees across Australia and New Zealand.

Industry Awards

We were proud to receive industry recognition in 2024, winning a Major Events International Award in the David Vs Goliath category (for the best client win against the odds), we were also named Best AV Supplier at the EVANZ Awards, recognising our dedication to delivering outstanding event experiences.

We’ve been finalists and winners of numerous industry awards over the years including, MEI, Australian Event Awards, MEA, NZEA Event Awards and EVANZ.

In addition to the above, we’re also active members of ABEA, BEIA, ETNZ and NZEA. All of these sum up NW Group’s commitment to providing support for industry association events across both Australia and New Zealand.
